Usage Examples
[Present Indicative] Confieso que estoy muy nervioso por el examen. → I confess that I am very nervous about the exam.
[Present Perfect] Él ha confesado su amor por ella finalmente. → He has finally confessed his love for her.
[Imperfect Indicative] El prisionero nunca confesaba, a pesar de la presión. → The prisoner never used to confess, despite the pressure.
[Pluperfect Indicative] Ya me había confesado su secreto antes de la fiesta. → He had already confessed his secret to me before the party.
[Preterite] El ladrón confesó el robo ante el comisario. → The thief confessed to the robbery before the commissioner.
[Preterite Anterior] Apenas hubo confesado su pecado, se sintió aliviado. → As soon as he had confessed his sin, he felt relieved.
