[Present Indicative] Mueren las flores si no tienen agua. → Flowers die if they don't have water.
[Present Perfect] Ha muerto el motor de mi coche. → My car engine has died.
[Imperfect Indicative] Moría de curiosidad por saber el final. → I was dying of curiosity to know the end.
[Pluperfect Indicative] Ya había muerto el sol cuando llegamos a la cima. → The sun had already died (set) when we reached the summit.
[Preterite] El general murió en el campo de batalla. → The general died on the battlefield.
[Preterite Anterior] Apenas hubo muerto el anciano, se leyó el testamento. → As soon as the old man had died, the will was read.
[Future] Moriré defendiendo mis ideales. → I will die defending my ideals.
[Future Perfect] Para entonces habrán muerto los últimos testigos. → By then the last witnesses will have died.
