Usage Examples
[Present Indicative] Pierdo las llaves constantemente. → I lose the keys constantly.
[Present Perfect] He perdido el tren esta mañana. → I have missed the train this morning.
[Imperfect Indicative] Perdía siempre cuando jugábamos al ajedrez. → I used to lose always when we played chess.
[Pluperfect Indicative] Ya había perdido la esperanza de verte. → I had already lost the hope of seeing you.
[Preterite] Perdí mi cartera en el concierto. → I lost my wallet at the concert.
[Preterite Anterior] Apenas hubo perdido el juicio, gritó. → As soon as he had lost his judgment (senses), he shouted.
[Future] Perderé mucho tiempo si voy por ahí. → I will lose a lot of time if I go that way.
