[Pluperfect Indicative] Ya habían faltado tres piezas cuando abrimos la caja. → Three pieces were already missing when we opened the box.

[Preterite] Ayer falté a la reunión por un imprevisto. → Yesterday I missed the meeting due to something unexpected.

[Preterite Anterior] Apenas hubo faltado el líder, cundió el pánico. → As soon as the leader was missing, panic spread.

[Future] No faltaré a tu fiesta el sábado. → I won't miss (be absent from) your party on Saturday.

[Future Perfect] Para el lunes no habrán faltado suministros. → By Monday there will not have been a lack of supplies.

[Conditional] Faltaría a mi deber si no dijera nada. → I would fail (lack) in my duty if I didn't say anything.

[Conditional Perfect] Habría faltado poco para el accidente. → It would have taken (lacked) very little for the accident to happen.
